DVD Copy-Kids Eat Fruits & VegetablesWe got this cute little video in the mail this week to review I thought lets give it a shot anything to get our kids to eat healthier right. Its a simple video that basically shows kids of various ages eating fresh fruits and vegetables to show how good they are. Its a bright and Fun Video that caught my 3 year old's attention. She loved seeing the other kids her age and she loved naming the different fruits and vegetables that she saw the kids eating.  She even went to the fridge and ask to eat some of the same vegetables that the other kids were eating that she had not been willing to eat in the past. My five year old is a vegetable lover and I have never had a problem getting her to eat fruits or vegetables. I honestly thought she might get a little board with it. I was surprised to find that she liked the video. She said it was fun and she liked seeing the other kids trying the things she loves. Bell Peppers are her favorite she was excited to see other kids like them too. It defiantly encouraged and reminded them to chose healthier fruits and vegetable over unhealthy snacks. They have both been asking for vegetables for snack time this week.  This would be a great video for little ones just starting to eat table food, they always want to copy others at that age, It would have drawn my girls attention.
I can honestly recommend the Copy Kids DVD to parents with kids 6 mo to 5 Years. It might not have as much influence on a 5 year old as it would a 1year old considering there outside influences like school. Its still an enjoyable and educational DVD and If it gets them try a new fruit or vegetable than its defiantly worth a try.
