Koru Naturals Review

Koru Naturals Review
I am in love with natural body products I make most of my own now using natural ingredients. But I love when I get to try a natural product that I don't have to make. I got a chance to review two products from Koru Naturals. This is there website https://korunaturals.com/ its very easy to navigate and the prices are fair. I received two products from Koru Naturals. The first one I received was a 2oz. bottle of Emu Oil. The second item I received for this review is a four pack of Pure Lanolin Lip Balms.

I received a 2oz. bottle of  Emu Oil for my review. The 2oz. bottle sells for $9.85. Ingredients listed
for this product are 100% grade A emu oil with no preservatives or additives. This Emu oil is recognized by the Therapeutic Good Administration in Australia. It is milky white in color and doesn't seem to have much of a smell. It has been analyzed to confirm that it contains all the natural vitamins, minerals, and the essential fatty acids that are suppose to be in it.  Emu oil is hypoallergenic and is a wonderful moisturizer that penetrates skin easily and does not clog pores.

Koru Naturals ReviewI absolutely love my bottle of emu oil. I think I tested this stuff out on everything. My mom used it on her dry chapped lips.  My daughter put it on a scaly patch of skin on her elbow.  I have added it to my home made lotion recipe and I also use it as a moisturizer for my face at night. It is amazingly light and absorbed quickly enough that it didn't leave my face feeling oily and weighted down. My skin looks amazing and well hydrated in the morning. I have basically slathered it all over at some point or another. My daughters scaly patch on her elbow went away in a few days.  She is super excited that its not itchy any more. Pure Emu Oil is a definite must buy for any skin care product list. I have also used it on minor cuts and scrapes. I saw improvement in redness and irritation in just a few days.

The next product is Pure Lanolin Lip Balm. This lip balm sells for $9.80 and you get a pack of four. Each tube is .2oz the size of a standard tube of lip balm. This is pure pharmaceutical grade anhydrous lanolin. They put in a convenient twist up tube. Its water and sun resistant and makes for a great lip protectant. My favorite part it has no additives colors or fillers.

Koru Naturals Review
Some times I feel that I am cursed with chronic dry lips. They are cracked and chapped all the time. I drink tones of water but it doesn't seem to help. I have tried every lip balm you can get at the average store. All of  them seem to make it worse. I was excited that I was going to get to try the Pure Lanolin Lip Balm. I happened to be having a really bad week with my chapped lips just as it arrived. My lip was cracked deeply in two places and its so painful when it starts to dry out. I tried out the lip balm right away. Its the only thing I used on my lips during the trial period. This lip balm forms a nice barrier layer on your skin. I found it to be very thick and slightly sticky.  It lasted forever, even after drinking it stayed on. I think it took about 2-3 hours for it to finally wear off all the way. A little went a long way for me. I can see a single tube lasting a long time. It helped keep my lips from drying so that the cracks could heal with out the pain. While it did not cure my chronic dry lips. It helped to protect them from the cold dry winter wind.

Everyone in our house loves both products. I will continue to use them in our home for as long as I can.

We have SNOW!!!

This week we got our real first snow of the winter. We have had some light dusting off and on but this is the first one that was actually enough to go sledding in. We got a whopping 10 in of snow early yesterday morning. I though I would share this picture of our front yard just before dawn. (yes that is all our front yard all the way to the trees in the far back) I called a snow day and the girls took the day off form school. We spent most of the day either shoveling the snow off the decks and drive way or running around in it. Me and the girls attempted to go sledding but it was too powdery hopefully it will be better for sledding this afternoon. We did how ever manage to have a snow ball fight and we took a long snow hike. It looks like we will be getting some ice in the next couple days and possibly some more snow. For those of you who are enjoying the snow with us. Me and the girls wish you lots of FUN and HOT CHOCOLATE!!!!!
